Strength:

1 min AMRAPof :  Back Squats (135/95)
30 seconds rest
1 min AMRAP of:  Front Squats (85/65)
30 seconds rest
1 min of Overhead Squats (65/45)

WOD:  For time:

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Push ups
40-36-32-28-24-20-16-12-8-4 Double Unders

That is the lazy way of writing the WOD.  It should read something like:

20 Push Ups
40 Double Unders
18 Push Ups
36 Double Unders

And so on.  If you log on to Beyond the Whiteboard to post your workout results, you can see that it is written that way there.  Those who use it are spoiled.  The point is that you can use BTWB or this website to post your results or comment on the workout.  Morning classes should be aware that everyone else who is coming in to do the WOD later that day is currently reading this and not thinking about work at all.  More than likely they are either thinking “That’s a lot of Double Unders and/or Push Ups” or “That is a shit load of singles and/or Push Ups”.  Give them something to dread look forward about to in the WOD, it makes them happy.  Evening people should also comment and maybe post your times.  The morning classes think they are better than you anyway.

Testing out the swears, comment on that too if it @#$@^ bothers you.
